Bears and Butterflies provided stunning yurts for us and our guests at our marquee wedding near York. Set up was seamless, communication was excellent and they were very accommodating of our ever changing ‘yurters’ list! The yurts were spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated, they also tied in really well with our wedding marquee and helped to enhance the look of the day. Our guests loved being about to ‘crash’ once the music finished at 1am and we have had countless conversations about how unique and comfortable their stay was. We booked Bears & Butterflies to provide bell tent accommodation for our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The setup and takedown were completely seamless — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tents themselves were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making them the perfect glamping experience for our guests. So many people commented on how much they loved staying in them! Gemma and Steve were super quick with answering any of our questions. We hired 25 glamping tents from Steve and Gemma four our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic. Our friends and family loved being able to stay on site and it really was the perfect way to end our festival wedding. Plus, the bridal tent was amazing - with some really nice, thoughtful finishing touches for my wife and I. Both Gemma and Steve were so helpful through the whole process and their care and attention to detail went above and beyond. Bears & Butterflies came to set up pods for my festival style wedding. They arrived with plenty time to set up the day before in insane heat to make sure everything was set up correct and to our liking. Communication was brilliant from booking to arrival to collection. Before leaving the farm to our own devices we were given details and shown where we can fix any issues to do with our tents, beds etc. The little gifts and extras are such a special and lovely touch to the weekend from ear protectors to little torches so we could see on a night time not a thing was missed. I 100% recommend bears and butterflies for any event including weddings they really helped make our vision come to light and we were very happy with our experience. Everything ran very smoothly from when I first contacted them all the way through to the set up and collection. The tents.were first class and the beds very comfortable! They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend.
