How does it work?
Decide which package you want and whether you’d like to add in any of our lovely extras as well. Then simply contact us with the package details you’re interested in, the date and location of your event and how many tents you want to hire. We will then let you know if we have availability and provide you with a quote that includes delivery.
We then require a 30% deposit to secure your booking with the remaining balance to be paid four weeks before the event. We also require a fully refundable damage deposit. Then you can relax and let us do the hard work! We will arrive on the agreed day to put the tents up and return to take them down after the event is over.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, in order to confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit.
Can our guests book directly with you?
Absolutely! We still require the deposit from you to secure the date but will return it to you as soon as your guests have booked and paid in full.
Is there power?
No, there is no power in our tents. We think it a great opportunity to get away from technology and relax. However, if the thought of your phone running out of battery fills you with fear you may want to check whether the camp site/venue has electricity points you can use.
What should I bring with me?
Whatever you need for a comfortable night! If you are hiring a fully furnished tent then all you really need is your pyjamas and toothbrush. Remember no matter how lovely the weather may seem, this is the UK so it can get quite chilly at night. We have 13.5 tog duvets in the tents to keep you cosy but if you feel the cold make sure you bring plenty of layers as well. For more advice on staying warm while outdoors check out this post. It’s a good idea to have a torch as well to help you navigate your way around your site once it’s dark.
What about showers and toilets?
We don’t provide portable bathrooms, however, if you’re planning an event that is not in a campsite with onsite facilities or in a venue that will allow you to use their bathrooms, then we can help source local companies for you if needed.
Is delivery included?
We don’t include delivery costs on our website as we provide bespoke quotes for every enquiry allowing us to give you the best deal for your booking.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately we can’t allow dogs (or any other animals!) to stay in our tents.
Do your costs include campsite fees?
No, you will need to pay any campsite fees direct to the campsite. Please confirm your booking with the campsite before confirming your booking with us.
COVID-19 policy: If you find it necessary to postpone your event due to the global pandemic and changing government guidelines, please do contact us as soon as possible. If you can provide us with an alternate date, we will do our very best to accommodate it. Deposits already paid will be carried forward to the new date so there will be no financial loss. Straight forward cancellations would result in a cancellation fee as per our terms and conditions.
